The $20 spot sounds about right. hope the back yard is big enough. i'm on my way down for the rib cook-off this weekend. then back to boise, then back for the balloons, Qual and the races.

Hello all of you! New to the forum, new to Reno, new to the Races - but not new to photography and very curious meeting you guys on thursday. But where's the G.O.P. take place....? Besides, thanks for creating this site, that way I was able to gather some real necessary information.

                                Peas....

A VERY SPECIAL thanks to Fencliner and his "crew" who put on a great party for everyone last night! Good food and adult beverages as well as some great folks in attendance made it a great time indeed! Although there were quite a few no-shows on the RSVP list, it seemed to me a pretty good turn out up until the time I had to leave.

As for photos, I can only speak for myself, but I'm usually the last guy to ever pull out a camera at a social event... To me, cameras are a tool to be brought out while at "work"..

Dunno if that makes sense at all but it's sort of an inner feeling. Couple that with the EXTREME fatigue that I personally feel after chasing around carrying all my heavy gear all day in the windy desert air and I'm just happy to pack my gear and get onto having some fun at night...

Hope SOMEONE took some shots tho!!
