Eddie is advertising it as "Primo Branco"
so I guess that sort of settles it

          Thanks for the video link.

The woman says Bob Bigly, assuming he's the pilot.

Any idea how much damage occurred, how much that landing cost for inspection/repairs or why it occurred?

Is the Mustang a difficult plane to land or fly?

I would have to dig but I have a pic of Bob Love flying it at about 10 feet over Madera back in the eighties.
Flaps down and it made a cool dust rooster tail.
I had the pleasure and luck of seeing him perform many times.
One of the few air show pilots you could walk up to and talk for more than two minutes.
I always wondered what happened to it.

                flyer 57,
Here's Bob Love in the mid 70's. He was one you could always walk up to and talk with. He truly enjoyed talking aviation.

Evan - That may be the coolest Mustang acro video I have ever seen. Thanks so much to you and your Dad for making and posting this. Absolutely amazing camera work, with some perspectives I have never seen before. Well done!

Very cool video. Loved the camera angles!

I was just down in Half Moon Bay last weekend and Eddie had the hangar open. He was flying the Stearman and the mustang had the cowling off.

Half Moon Bay has never looked so good.

The Mustang looks great and the shots down the wing are unbelievable in terms of the smoothness of the polished skin, just gorgeous.

                                Great job!
