Just booked my stay at GSR through Hotwire....$49 a night. Did this last year as well and it is a steal at that price!!!

I always stayed at the Silver Legacy (about 8 years worth). Very nice at about $50 a night except Fri and Sat which runs about $110 a night. Good places to eat and play spread between the SL, Circus Circus and El Dorado hotels.

Yes. Amador Stage Line Shuttle.
Serves Grand Sierra Resort,Eldorado,Peppermill,Nugget, and Sands.

Runs Thurs through Sun, express service, non-stop starting at 7:00 AM.
Return starts at 2:00 PM. $11.00 one wy; $19.00 RT. Season pass is$68.00.; 3 day pass is $51.00.

I've never been a person of means but have been to the races 38 times. We always camped in the parking lot next to the car. Hoping to be there this year

I've only been going to the races for ten years, but 7 of those were RV years, mostly at St. Mikes. It's a great setup and you can't put a value on that heavy metal alarm clock. Whether it's Merlin Music or the Sound of Round; nothing gets vacationing folks outa bed faster at 6:00 in the morning. Great way to start your day.
