My prediction is that all the top chargers are still running and the Sunday Gold will be decided by a photo finish with the top five finishers. Now, that's a finish line photo that I'd like to see!!!

If I can't have that, then I'll settle for a safe race.

(above four in a closer finish than the 1971 Championship)

(these next three in another very close cluster)

9) R-3350

A couple of fouled plugs, a 90% working ADI or two, and maybe a canopy or gear door gap problem somewhere...BUT NOBODY BREAKS OR MAYDAYS OUT. THE BEST GOLD RACE OF ALL TIME.)
