Depends on what part of the engine you want to know the temp on. Since they are liquid cooled and also use oil for lubrication, there are obviously some limits to what can be run.
Our coolant door opens at 100C and maintains about 105C Turn on the spray bar and drops it back to 100C and the door closes and speed picks up slightly. Say 4-5 mph. Not a racer by far, but a stocker out there having fun just crusin on by.
