Oh... I dunno.. You "kids" prolly don't remember but the old Warner Bros. cartoons were awesome for being totally funny and also, in the same process, they taught really valuable VALUE LESSONS!

Not political or "green" lessons... just plain old lessons on decency, honesty, fair play and the like..

I really used to like the Wolf and Sheepdog ones... They really were quite good friends, walked to "work" together, punched in together.. then work started and the "roles" began to be played and they kicked each other's butts all day.. till quittin' time and it was, punch out, and back to the "real world"....

That was really just one of a HUGE volume of very entertaining cartoons that made "our" generation what it is/was...

Yep... I still remember "Steamboat Willie"....

I even remember when there wasn't a Disneyland...

        OMG.. I AM old!!!!!!!!!!!

That beats my hand. Mickey's place came into this world almost a half a decade before I did.

            I AM old enough though to remember cartoons like;
            King Kong
            Space Ghost
            Herculoids
            Catanooga Cats
            Tennesee Tuxedo and his Tales
            Beany & Cecil
            Roger Ramjet
            Alvin
            Bullwinkle
            Ricochet Rabbit
            Quickdraw McGraw
            GoGo Gophers
            Motormouse & Autocat
            Adam Ant
            Secret Squirrel
            Wally Gator
            Droopy Dog
            Commander McBragg
            Top Cat
            Deputy Dawg
            Snooper & Blabber
            Hillbilly Bears
            Magilla Gorilla
            Hot Wheels
and George Of The Jungle, including Tom Slick and the immortal Super Chicken (A great name for an unlimited, I might add...)

            plus non-animated programs like;
            Romper Room
            Cap'n Kangaroo
            Jack LaLanne
            Batman (TV version w/Adam West)
and Captain Satellite (early 60's Bay Area space-themed children's program)

I remember when Beanie and Cecil were a puppet show, not a cartoon. I also remember "Space Patrol" Now that was a real space fantasy program. Does that make me old?

Useless Air, America Worst.. even THEY get confused..

When they finish painting the airplanes and it says US AIR on it, then, I'll refer to it as Usless Air..

You mean "Creature Features". Damn, those were the days. I never missed a Saturday night watching the cheap, low budget horror films offered on that program. Click link below for a refresher:
