    Air Dogge,

Really cool photo link, of course we here in Bakersfield miss the fact that Santa Claus is now relegated to arriving in town in a T-38 in front of what is now the old terminal. For many years the XF-84H sat on a pole in front of the terminal and every year got the canopy opened and a large Santa installed in the cockpit, so that everyone knew Santa was on the way. It is so much better to her sitting on her own gear in Dayton INSIDE! Thanks for the link.

So THAT's where that thing went. I used to enjoy seeing the prop turning
in the wind! Well, as one of two, she does belong indoors.....

Interesting the way they plugged the gap around the blades so in high pitch it was streamlined.
Rare Bear's 3 blade also did not have the big gaps for the blades to rotate in. Good low drag design.

Santa has a sleigh full of toys for the elves in Bearcatland already this Christmas! Along with some special packages to be seen by all, some packages to be seen by some, and some packages to be rumoured about and seen by none. I see Christmas as good in Rare Bear land

How much did that the fence material or cactus branch weigh with leftys lawn mowing deal? Needs to go on the list as 38's strafing fod tonnage.
