As for unlimiteds... those of you who know me know I'm a huge Mustang Fan. I'm partial to Strega since I've had the priveledge of sitting in her, although I'd really like to see what Precious Metal could really do if pushed. Having said that, I'm going to have trouble beting against September Fury this year.
My neighbor is a pilot for HP. Kerch retired from HP this year and has had a lot of time and budget to prepare Brown's racer. Apparently Mike gave Kerch free reign to do pretty much anything he wanted to, to the aircaft to make it as fast as possible. They have really worked over the wing, among other things.
Kerch's track record speaks for itself.
This is shapping up to be a pretty exciting year.Bill Garnett

In responce to two thunder mustangs racing
yes there was going to be two racing this year the second one other than Parkers was one of the two that was parked at AAR hangar last year during the race, maybe next year we will see two turning the course??
