Tiger could be given a recheck on the Ramp at Reno. So he certainly could participate this year if he so desires and RARA approves. Its really up to RARA to allow his participation.The unlimited rules allow for a ramp check for previous qualified race pilots if the committee so desires.

Tiger needs only to pass a check ride and he is good to go according to the Unlimited Rules. RARA will however have to approve. I would imagine at this point that it would be "Risky" for Tiger just to throw someone else in the plane without a great deal of money on the table as incentive. I suspect we'll see the Tiger at the helm this year.

Well lets just say that may be the ride was offered to another pilot I don't think we'll really know who is really going to the fly the Witch until qualifying starts......
