Quick, Un-related question

Under my user name it say "Registered user." What do I have to do to put some kind of name or statement there? Also, I want to add my own picture the left of my user name but all of the picture I have on file are too big. Any way to shrink them? Thanks

I think if you click the USER CP link, you can change your profile data and add an avatar (the pic next to your name).

Most paint programs allow you to resize images.
