Gear Fails - Gold Contender Sidelined

"I thought I'd run off the edge of the taxiway and hit a concrete culvert" said Auburn, California pilot Tom Dwelle today after an incident here at the Reno Stead Airport.

Landing gear faulure after a test flight has taken a promising candidate for the Gold Unlimited Race win out of competion for this year.
