Blue Skies Linda Gilliam (Wayne's wife)

It is with a heavy heart that I relay the news of Wayne's wife Linda, who followed him over the rainbow bridge earlier this month.

I received the call from Linda's brother-in-law today after finding our correspondence on her phone - I had left a couple of messages and he as in the process of notifying everyone the news of her passing (cardiac arrest). My sincere condolences to all that knew her & her family.... and such sad news and so close to Wayne's passing. I do know Linda & Wayne were really in love, and they enjoyed a lifetime together... what better memorial could one leave, or what better purpose in life could you ever hope to have. Together forever, and always.

Little known - Linda is the inspiration of the Suzanne Summers in a light blue TBird in American Graffiti. Linda was in the Graduating Class with George Lucas. Linda was from a well-heeled family that allowed her to 'run around' in the families light blue port hole TBird...sound (look) familiar...smile...blonde... RIP Linda as I was and always will be a fan of you and Wayner...checkered flags and tail winds...Mitch, Family and TOR Family. Hope you two are pushing the Coal-RV up in heaven!
