L39 Jet Out of Reno, NV

Almost every night this week (8-9 pm) An L39 flys in circles at about 15K near Fallon & sometimes a Cessna 310 flys in circles with him at a lower altitude. I track them on Flight Radar 24. L39- N39JK & 310- N3280X. Anyone know what they are doing?

Odd. You can’t see anything Fallon from Reno. I have seen a small Cessna or something out of Reno doing laps from north to south, just east of the airport, at night, quite often for a few weeks. I just figured he was logging night hours?
