This Stewart S-P51D had a fatal crash on takeoff. I found the article on Kathryns Report. I looked it up & it was suppose to be a 70% Replica. Dosen't look like many were built Blue Skies to the pilot.

The accident aircraft was a Falconar SAL P51 replica and not a Stewart S51. Regardless, still a tragedy to loose a life. -

According to Kathryns Report it was listed as N51JD which seems to be registered as a S-51 Kit. maybe someone can clarify this? Sorry if I was wrong.Lockheed BobComment
