Is this still going to happen this year? Read awhile back that it was going to return in 2019, but haven't heard anything lately about it.

Sure is, they're hoping for 30+ like the old days. Historic Flight Foundation is bringing their Staggerwing and Stearman to begin with. Not sure of any others at this point.
