...it has been reported that Dago Red and Bob Loves airplane have been REPOSSESSED by the bank and are available at an auction from Bank of America through a third party broker. Both are in pieces and Bobs plane was crashed/ground looped and sustained some major damages.

my reliable source was less reliable than first thought.....there are "issues" but dago is safe for now.

it means that it is complete (although disassembled) in a hanger out of harms way. There are a BUNCH of legal who owes what to whom type things but eventually that will get sorted as soon as all the lawyers get their fair chunk. I don't think that it is under threat of being parted out or anything that horrible as it is well defended where it is.
