    This has come up before, but a lot of creative effort went into disguising aircraft plants and other strategic resources during WWII:

    I wonder what that did for the temperature of working in the Burbank plant?

    Looking back on the efforts that were taken to cover the stuff on the west coast, I can't think of seeing anything on covering up critical sites on the east coast?

      And the Boeing Plant 2 here in Seattle. Though, it's tough to deguise the dozens of B-29 bombers lined up on the apron!
