It's free to get in and I highly recommend it if any of you make it to Austria or Southern Germany!
As long as they're being good to her.

Regarding Red Bull's aviation collection/facilities, I haven't see anything that they have done that was less than 110%. Would love to see it in person.

              OK... I'll play..

Hands down, a B-25 with the "pop off" tail! Will whiteside and my good friend and multi-engined rated close friend "poolman" up here in the PacNW as pilot and co-pilot...

What better way to be able to photograph all of you guys in your new warbirds....

I know someone what is putting a Tempest back in the air in the UK but he decided against the Sabre engine. He has a Sabre engine but to make it more practical it's getting the Bristol Centaurus.

XF-90 is an awesome choice too!

                  Awesome responses!!

B-36!! Woot! My dad talked about seeing those fly! I would have loved to have been old enough to remember those.

                  XF-11!!! OMG!

Spiteful - would love to see one of those in the air!

                  Save Dago Red! Definitely!

Do-335! Absolutely, but only if you promise to put it on the course!

Mosquito! Definitely! Isn't there a replica being built in Australia? As long as you are having one built you should build a Hornet too!

Always loved the OV-10, used to watch one fly near where I grew up.

I also agree with getting White Lightening back to her correct colors!

Wayne, we'll be counting on that photo escort!

I was thinking of another couple if we are talking Bill Gates rich,

B-58 - always wanted to see one fly!

Spruce Goose to settle once and for all it would have flown fine!

ME-163 - later variant with the tricycle gear with a modern rocket engine.

Tsunami on floats to take the seaplane speed record!

Shinden would be amazing, I'd park it next to the P-56 replica I would have to have!

Maybe see about a P-59 as well, does anyone know how the Chino folks are coming getting theirs back in the air?

And for sure a XF5U to find out what it really would have done!

How about a Ryan Fireball to try for the Heritage trophy?

There was a Vought F7U up for sale a while back that was supposed to be potentially restorable to airworthy, someone should put that back in the air!

I need to be buying some lottery tickets!!

                    Wayne,
How about the B-25 camera ship from Tallmantz Aviation ?, the one with the optical glassed in nose. They used it to do the old Cinerama movies. If memory serves me the nose had a 180 degrees unobstructed view

Would an SR-71 count as a warbird?...One Mach 3 lap around the pylons should do the trick!!!

Yeah, I'd have to add that one to the list. Unlimited funds, well, the simulator is either at Boeing field at the museum, or its at Evergreen. A couple KC135Qs would also be required, as well as a very large supply of JP7 fuel. Speaking of Evergreen, I think the SR there is the one with the lowest hours on it, and it was the last one to leave military hands. I don't think one would even go around the pylons, it would have to be a long distance racer, coast to coast Perhaps use it as a business jet?

A Vulcan bomber would be cool to have in North America. You don't see those everyday, and the one that does fly will likely never make it across the pond for us to see.

Racers, I'd have to go wrestle the P51 Diamondback out of the owners hands and rebuild Stiletto with a current race motor, and an updated boil off system. I think a super Sea Fury with a 3 blade prop such as Rare Bears might be worth a go. Heck since a Sea Fury is larger, it might fly better with the big prop (as opposed to Rare Bear).

A PBY could be a fun puddle jumper/fishing boat. I think I'd have to add a DeHavland Beaver, a Staggerwing Beech, Cessna 195, 175 (I'm partial to those since I grew up around one.) and I'm sure I could think up something else.

                          Hmmmm.

Racer: Buy PM and let Spinner play with it. Or build him a new one...

Everyday: Feisler Storch, or a simple Cub.

                          Stepping out: TF-51, Staggerwing

Weekends: HU-16 with a plush interior, jetski's on the wings and a gas card...
