          Now I'm gonna duck, but..

What was the name of that film with Lee Majors in the Porsche 917-30 and Burgess Meredith in the F-86?

As long as I'm in such esteemed company, there was a movie I saw about a T-6 training base. It was in black and white, probably had Jimmy Stewart in it. Great flying scenes. They go out dusting fields. There is a hunting stand or something like that in the middle of the field. T-6 flies straight at it, rotates just prior and gains enough altitude for the front half of the airplane to clear it and the empenage (tailwheel) hits it and knocks it over. Great stuff. Anyone know the title?

The Cessna 150 flying in Fandango was really cool and just plain nuts.

I want to say it was called the "last Chase" will have to look up on imdb. Classic when Burgess is howling, they flash back to his youth in the -86 as he drives it into the ground.

Folks, with Don Ameche. Flying the cessna, classic chase/dogfight ends with the what a ride

Second Hand Lion, opening scene Stearman under the overpass, cop records speed on radar.

Blue Max, under the bridge contest.

                Could go on for days

How about the E&E equipment check? Probably my favorite scene in ANY movie.
"Fella could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all this stuff"
Slim Pickens made his part in that film a great one.

Deep Blue Sky (I think) they fly a Spit under a bridge....I don't think that was CGI. With that movie it's hard to tell sometimes.
Just about all the flying scenes in "Reach for the Sky"

The final dog fight in "Waldo Pepper"
                            Rob
                            Merlins are cool

From "The Right Stuff", when Yeager climbs into the F-104, taxis out, takes off, and ejects sequence. It sounds just freakin awesome in Dolby Digital 5.1.
