What are the bumps on the upper inboard wing surface that seem to be on some Furys and not others? (flap track fairings?)

Those would be the blisters for the 20mm cannon ammo drums. Argonaut still has some of the warbird "accessories" (cannon barrels and tailhook). Pretty common on British warbirds (esp. Fireflies, Spitfires) equipped with cannon.
