First he uses the forklift to move the barbacue into place then pulls out this 3 foot tall propane tank and blasts away at the barbacue pit with a flamethrower for the next five minutes. Most impressive barbecue lighting I ever saw.

That is the way we Texans start all our B-B-Q fires. Sounds like he was using something like a propane prickly pear burner.

Only way to get a good mesquite wood fire going quickly.
