  • 232 and September Fury ?

Just curious what the status is on these two airplanes? Last I heard was 232 was at Sanders getting put back to stock and September Fury was just sitting somewhere. Anyone have any updates on what's happening with them?

Title should read 232 and September Pops !!

232 and September Fury are one and the same. As of January it was sitting at Sanders with work being done to it, but still looking like September Fury. I think the new owner is going to keep it as is, but with a stock 3350.

The "rumors" were that it was being restored back to a warbird.
But it doesn't really make sense since they have the Iraqi project there for sale, which would seem to be an easier project.....

232 was already sold to a buyer in Germany. It will be going back to stock. The pandemic put a stop to the progress for a while.

These were taken back in January of this year. It doesn't look there is a lot of effort going into making it a stocker.

And September Pops is still with Rod in the cuban scheme. It was at Ezell not too long ago, first pics I've seen of it flying in awhile.
