Your link doesn't work. How are you trying to post the pic? If you are trying to directly upload it from your computer, it must be less than 2.5mb in size.

        Re: Who's Yak is this?

Good day, the reason your picture is not displaying in this forum is your posted address redirects to that image that is stored on your local machine and not the internet.

Typing that address into your browser's address bar which begins with "file:///C:/Users" is specifically on your machine's C: drive which none of us have access to.

A posted internet link in this forum needs to begin with "http://" or "https://" to allow us to see that image from the internet and not your machine.

See if you can find the original address from where that image is on the internet and post that.

        Cheers.

        Don

That's gorgeous! I'm glad we got there in the end as that's a very pretty machine.

Is this the one in Halfmoon Bay? It does look nice. If it is the one from HMB, Justin Phillipson (IF1) has been involved with it.

I had the pleasure of watching that Yak go together up until the engine hang when I moved to Arizona.
Back then Dave did not intend on racing at Reno.

                      Nice Yak. What powerplant? R-2000?

I'm pretty sure it has an R-1830 on it.

EDIT: scratch that. It does have the R-2000.
