There are lots of NASCAR and F1 podcasts and talk shows, but air racing is lacking because...well it's simply hard to cover with only one race and a bunch of tight-lipped pilots, engineers, and mechanics.

That being said, Scott and Brian from Team Outlaw are making it work with interviews of Creighton King, the Goforths, Matt Hughes, and discussing our progress for Air Race E.

Actually, back when I had the energy and memory to "create" off season drama, I found it pretty easy to get "inside" teams, chat with crew and pilots.

Sometimes, you can get too close to a story.

Jimmy Leeward was one of those pilots who not only opened up to us, he embraced the PR aspect of off season "drama". Somewhere around September 2011 I lost the energy necessary to pursue stories and promote interest...

Glad someone else has picked up the ball I doubt I will ever have the spark to do it again... at least at the level I did back then... I'm nine years older (70 next July) I'm pretty sure that has something to do with it as well.
