    Good news, indeed. Fred has been and will continue to be a huge asset for RARA. His executive skills coupled with his love of air racing will no doubt serve RARA well for coming seasons. Congrats, Fred. And thanks for all you do to ensure this event continues to thrive!

    In many ways...not to mention he is "volunteering" in this new role, saving RARA significant expenditures which can then be redirected to various other efforts. Well done, sir! And thank you...

    I always thought that the best fit to run RARA would be a volunteer. Someone who cares enough to forgo a salary because they want to implement change and spend their time doing so. I hope that money gets filtered somewhere appropriate, itís not a small sum of money so I hear...

    Indeed. Fred is a class act and a great fit. PRS a bit different this year given the 08-26 RNWY construction but still get the "fix" to carry me over 'til September. Always look forward to the aroma of Avgas and sage!

    Got to really appreciate someone that is so dedicated to the air races that he would waive a salary. Impressive.
