I did notice the "Fundraiser For The Unlimited Purse". Still don't understand why the Casino's can't donate enough to at least give the winner $150/$200K. Pretty sad.

I don't think the local casinos in Reno see the air races as much of an asset.

Well heck, I guess I'll just delete their website from my favorites since it no longer kept active.

I basically run my site as anytime I hear news from social media regarding race teams, performers, or anything that RARA posts that I find important, I put it up on my site. For the most part I usually “know” their performers before they even announce them just by doing a little research. I haven’t updated it in a little but hopefully there will be some important stuff to start posting again

Pretty sure they got together and gave RARA a bunch of money last year or the previous.

For more likely that they are in fact giving RARA money already, and RARA just wants additional hand outs to cover the measly purse.

Well golly that is good news.

For aviation the top 2 websites are our great HangerTalk and was RARA, and now maybe again. We'll see if they continue to refresh the site on a regular basis ?

    Thanks for the tip Samuel.
