Perhaps Matt Jackson will wade in here and offer some insight on Wildfire. He's been doing some work on it. I'd really like to hear the status of it too.

I am surprised that there hasn't been any news on Wildfire with all the airplane guys down in Mojave

Thinking about it, there are some interesting projects out there. American Spirit, Wildfire, Shockwave and the aircraft formerly known as Mr. Awesome. Include Tsunami.

hmm,the only american spirit I could find on the web is the L-39 that races in the jet class.

Maybe American Spirit isn't the right name. I was thinking of the Cornell Jackson project.

Mr Awesome was donated to a museum in Amarillo TX. It will never fly again.

                      Wildfire is coming along nicely
Working one day a week with all volunteer crew and self funding doesnt make for rapid progress although we have made tremendous progress over the last seven years. I estimate another year and we should be in flight test.

My thread from last summer about Shockwave.
But it was really just some pictures I found on the Tsunami facetube page.

Not any more. It was all packed up into sea containers sitting out back in Alby's bone yard back in 2014.
