No, they are done... the engine is seized and there was metal in the oil on the sides of the plane... they wiped it down before moving it to the pit but Dan Vance told me about the Oil, then Hoot confirmed... bad news!

Anybody keeping stats?.... Does Hoot have more deadsticks in Space Shuttles or Sea Furys at this point?

Bummed for Hoot and the 232 team. Looking back, Riff Raff was a more reliable steed for Hoot than 232, but about 75mph slower!

Don't know how many shuttle missions he was on however I am 100% certain of at least 3 deadsticks on 232.
