Air Race Tours?

My company sponsors a Young Professionals group. Once a month or so they get together for some kind of tour, site visit, etc.
They have asked me whom to contact at the Air Races to try and coordinate something. Not looking for a freebie, just someone with knowledge to help them organize their visit.
Anyone?

In the past that would have been Valerie Miller-Moore. I'd reach out to Kathy Harnack at RARA main number. She's the Executive Ass't and I'd think she could redirect as need be.

Hey Leo,
Mary Beth Sewald has, at least in the past, been involved with hospitality at the races. She's still on the board of directors and may be a good contact as well. She's one of the nicest people I've ever met. Let me know if you can't get hold of her through RARA and I can try to put you two in touch.
