That's good! I did an audio of it but it turned out crap.. I saw their cameraman nervously dealing with some sort of video "stuff" during the interview and really hoped he'd got it all!

It was truly air race show business, if we could get this sort of thing out nationally, it might make a difference.. with the thin line that RARA operates on, if this gets some of the locals out to see the show, it just might make a difference..

From what I understand, over the years, it's been the locals that provide the last line of defense against losing the races.. They are out there to be had by the tens of thousands.. IF, they can get them out there! If they don't show, there are not enough of us from out of town to make it work.. Really sad that the T Birds or Blues (as much of a PITA for the "troops" having them can be) they truly do bring out local crowds.. Hopefully, they can beat the bushes with the f22 coming!

They are getting a new engine air intake on the cowl, I know that much.

Is it just me or is the cowling not painted right now? Looks like a glossy grey in the pic with Kerch up close, also looks a different color in the sunset shots. Is that just me?

The airplane got a new cowling and intake duct this year.
