The landing strip in St. Barts is almost the same setup, of which there are many you tube videos of.
I think the sun bather knew what he was doing, the pilot I'm not so sure?

The photographer's position also looks a he/she too knew.

Looks like an expensive landing for that pilot, depending upon what hit that post !
