Is there a move to have someone other than Draper Strategies and Communications (who sent out the media notice a couple weeks ago) do it?

I remember talk of some "high-powered NY firm", but that was 6 months ago and well before the Draper release to the media. I guess I assumed Draper was the firm that was eventually decided on.

Sounds like the New York firm is pretty awesome. My guess is that RARA wants to use a local business, which is great because it helps support Reno, they are closer, and hopefully are more familiar with the area. Sounds like Draper Strategies and Communications might not be the best local option?

That local high school kid happens to be an Olympic Gold Medalist and 3 times X-Games Gold Medalist and has more TV exposure than every air race ever flown combined.

Like him, I sent off an email to Tara Trovato, the Draper Strategies partner who sent out the Media Alert earlier this month outlining the media credentials application process, asking for some clarification on some of the process...but like him, also received no reply.
