    BEAR question...

    I "intercepted" this at HPA:

    Rare Bear was likely running over 4500hp to set the existing piston speed record of 528 mph as it's been known to run much higher manifold pressures, ADI and nitrous. Stock versions of the turbocompound 3350s (TC18EA1) produced up to 3700hp with water/ methanol injection.

    Was it really over 4500 hp ?

      Feasible with Nitrous.

        Did ya notice on the page with the other Bearcat restoration, It had the Rare Bear's older stock outside wing panels? Pretty cool!
