14 days until racing begins, 12 days to Q runs. The 8/28/13 report:
Voodoo: Flights put on the 'primary' race motor, spare race engine also in the waiting...so far, so good.
Strega: Matt Jackson has flown with the stocker in place...putting the race motor in either soon or now after work at Nixon's shop.
Dread: Knock the dust off, show up in Reno, take a check home.
PM: Flew months ago w/ old engine to test aero mods. Race Griffon finally put together. According to crew, it should be on the airplane today.
Bear: Test flights on cooling & aero mods complete, on a flatbed to Reno. Should be there in under a week.
Czech: Test flights and more test flights on new wing. Seems good to go.
2-3-2: Oil cooler took a dump and leaked oil into the boil-off ADI. Replaced, as far as I know. Been working on an electrical issue. Report has it that it should fly again today. And someone cracked a 30-gallon NOS tank joke on the 232 Group Page on FB.
Anything I've missed for The Magnificent Seven?
