      I believe they have used the same model/type of prop since the removal of the infamous much missed and talked about 3 blade. Probably just painted it.

        You guys are seeing things.
        The fillite on the wing root leads up into a darks spot, that is a portion of the polished exhaust shield reflecting the top of the wing. I don't see any opening in it.

        in the tail area, the horizontal is visible between the shoulders of the second and third crew member. The lowest portion of the purple is the gear door for the tail wheel. The elbow of the second crew member is blocking out the view of anything above and behind the gear door.

            The give away is the wind sock you can see in the reflection above the reflection that is the induction for the flux capacitor. Which I actually think is a building in the background. It's not purple.

                        Rare Bear is almost always broken. That's why it takes a small army to ready it for flight. On the rare days when everything runs perfectly it's the fastest piston powered anything on the planet.
