    Thumbs up Re: Howie Keefe

Here's what my son has been reading for his after school reading for the last few weeks.....
I took him to the Pasadena model airplane show in 2002 when he was just 2.
We had no idea Howie Keefe would be there selling and signing his book as we walked in.....

    Had to have it!
We vividly remember his kindness and smiles.
I had grown up watching him and his 51 as long as I could remember.

    Dorrie, welcome to the hangar.
I grew up in Reno, and have watched Howie from the early days. He loved the crowds, and they loved him. I flew the COX .049 Miss A, and there must be millions of us. (I am an ATP now) Thank you for the background on one of my all time heroes. May God speed. Snidely
