I flew into yolo county this afternoon and stopped by the hangar. The trailer is parked out front but the hangar was locked up and nobody was around outside of the jumpers.

I talked to Bob Button a couple weeks ago. He was recuperating after hip replacement surgery. Voodoo hasn't sold and Bob still hasn't decided about what to do with it. I'll let you all know if I hear of any changes.

I don't think it's a stretch to say selling a race plane will be difficult until there is some certainty about the races going forward. Hopefully it's not sold to go back to stock.

When Bob and I were talking in the pit after the accident, he said if the plane doesn’t sell he would convert it back to stock. I'm hoping that doesn’t happen.
