  • T-33 Belly Landing @ St.George,UT Airport

A private owned T-33 did a gear up landing today. It was painted in Blue Angel colors (Blue & Gold trim). Two on board with no injuries. The runway was foamed wih emergency gear lined up. The pilot did a great job.Minimal damage.

Googling one story on TheSpectrum-dotcom has a couple photos of the T-33 "Hellcat" jet.

            Here's the problem:No Landing Gear!
There were no injuries Friday when a vintage civilian aircraft painted to look like a U.S. Navy Blue Angel plane made an emergency landing without landing gear at the St. George Municipal Airport.

Looks as if the pilot did a first class job putting it down. glad no one was hurt.
              No pixels were harmed, honest.
