Ok, fairly easy to manipulate I think.
Scroll down to where it sez "additional options", see manage attachments? Click it.
A new window pops up, click on one of the browse buttons and another new window will pop up. Now depending where your pic is on your computer if its on the desktop then you double click the pic you want(needs to be re-sized, I like 1024x685)
Now hit the upload button and wait a few seconds, now you will see a jpeg in the "current attachments" and now all you have to do is hit submit! Like this!
