    Navy Variant Makes One Pass Across The Andrews AFB Show Line


    The F-35C Joint Strike Fighter made its first public appearance at an air show May 21. Piloted by Lt. Cmdr. Eric "Magic" Buus, the F-35C made a single pass down the show line at the Joint Service Open House at Andrews Air Force Base, MD.

    Nice contrast having the F-18D fly a loose formation with the F-35.
    I recall the first time I saw the F-22 at Edwards AFB....nothing too dramatic but still cool to finally see and hear it fly in person.
