I snapped a few pictures from the 3A heat today in the VOS and noticed that the Right gear door on Rare Bear was hanging down quite a bit. Take a look.

Just back from pits...
Rare Bear was jacked up on stands, wheels two inches off ground... I presume that means they saw the problem...

Ooohhh boy, John has nightmares about that. Don't want a repeat of "gear hung" won't cycle down, gear door drivetrain damaged. Might have to bail out.
Hope they get some insight into why gear didn't fully retract and lock.
Hopefully its a uplock issue or system pressure issue and not geartrain.
Sure want to see BEAR's full potential with healthy latest and greatest Race Motor.Comment
