The #2 aircraft still looks proud and strong atop its own gear
yet nothing has been done to it since they moved it out of the
    way of #1's emergency care

#1's fuselage is where its been, now with dust on top

#1's wing has repair at the right leading edge root completed

#1's right wing leading edge slat shall be made new once
the one who makes that unit recovers from hand surgery

The right gear box has parts cliqueoed in place, pices made new
    or stollen from another replica

I did get to see photographs of the culprit next to an origional delivered from germany.
The origional was vary clean, the culprit was too short sitting next to the origional.
The culprit is an internal round thing found in the actuator arm assembly of the landing gear.
When the actuator extends, this unit inside the actuator reaches some ball bearings and pushes them outword holding them in place, locking the actuator and keeping the gear down.
The bad round sleve culprit thing was too short, leaving room for the locking balls to slip back allowing the gear to collapse.

the team is still shooting for may or june
