Pegasus Magazine

I work for KNPB Channel 5 Public Broadcasting in Reno NV. I am working on a documentary on the Reno Air Races.

I bought the Roscoe Turner issue of Pegasus Magazine from 1956 which has the article "Air Racing Was Like This". Does anyone know if Pegasus Magazine is still around, or if they were bought over? I’m trying to figure out if there are any copyright restrictions on the article being show or quoted.

Hello Ben,

I believe Pegasus Magazine was an internal publication done by Fairchild Aircraft Corporation (or whatever they called themselves at the time). A flying horse being Fairchild's logo. Fairchild faded during the 80s and no longer exists, having been absorbed by another firm.
