Do the F1s start at 8:00am during PRS like in Sept.? When the winds are low.

Yes - typically 0900 start for F1 and Bipes

17th through the 20th, but we noticed last year the last day is slow at best given most of the pilots did what they needed during the week.

Carson City Open House is set for June 20th and I was hoping there would be no conflict/overlap.
