Great looking plane, but boy, nice smog too. I'll stay in the midwest, thank you.

I was at the Getty Museum a few years back and stepped out on the south balcony just after a front passed through. I've never seen LA so crystal clear!

                That's pretty clear for LA

Great weather on Sat, but it was, of course, hazy. A few pictures posted by tomorrow.
                No pixels were harmed, honest.

You can't fool those of us that have lived through years of those "lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer" in the midwest. Ceiling unlimited, visibilty zero. You can keep Illinois.

Looks like a clear day to me.
Lived in Ontario/Upland till 4th grade. The smog was legendary back in the 60's and the fog when they smudged the orchards would turn you black. The joke was "Hey, they moved the mountains in today" as the smog was usually too thick to see them.
Many years later it was the third visit my wife and I made to relatives living in Upland before my wife saw them!
                    Nice shots!

After Growing up with the Rare Bear and Pardue's Stocker as my only example of F8F's I have come to the conclusion that stock Bearcats dont look right.
