    Hi all !

    Hi after numerous visits to sites like aafo.com and several other I finally made a blog for my pusher design.

    It is only for the MAX III pusher fan. In due time I might add other designs there as well.

    I intent to build a real MAX III so in order to do so I have less and less time to hang around in the web ( I assume so ).

    Here it is:

      New retracts set up...light weight.

      I added my gear arrangement system there for MAX III.

      Please comment on whether it can work or should it be altered an how.

          Looks good. A few thoughts...

          The one thing I was wondering about is the extended tailwheel. It looks like it would be more flexible, and with a good bounce during landing the prop might strike it.

          Perhaps shifting it a little forward, with the tailwheel terminating just in front of the prop arc would help (see attachment). This would give the prop a few more inches of clearance before the blade tips would hit anything.

          I like the new exhaust location. The through-the-hub system seems like it would create new problems (soot accumulation and possible heat-damage issues for starters). Your new location should help with prop icing issues too, as the below-the-fuselage exhaust might keep the blades warm enough to prevent ice buildup.

          Is there room below the passenger seat (just ahead of the main gear storage location) for a few more gallons of fuel? Looks like there might be, and it would be close enough to the C/G to not cause any major balance issues.
