Obviously, but posting this here so's I can, hopefully, get a quick answer...Anyone know where to find out how many kit aircraft are sold annually? Specifically, this year?

dont know if there really is a way to find the real number, but give the EAA a call. there might be a trade group for kit manufacturers. you might give van a call at vans aircraft he may have some idea of what the numbers are. be warned though, don't let him give you a ride in one of the airplanes, it gets very expensive. it cost me about 40,000 bucks, they are very addictive.

I have never seen hard numbers, sometimes they will publish general number in Sport Aviation, but for the most accurate answer I would call the EAA. Try 888-EAA-INFO or info@eaa.org
