Just called RARA and told them that people all around the country can not get it. They said its working fine in the office.I think we should all call

I called and spoke to a lady named Carol... She was LESS than helpful, actually quite rude. I asked politely about the streaming coverage and how it was not working today. She had no information, said that "they (RARA) have nothing to do with the streaming, maybe their web guy is doing something to it."
