Just received an email from the good old EAA stating that Airventure 2008 will be hosting "The world debut of the Rocket Racing League", and the one thing I dont want to miss, the "Nemesis Speed Blast world-record attempt". Should be an interesting year.

I'm planning on being there this year - it will be my first trip to OshKosh. Hopefully, I get to see a history making speed run!

Does the D-12 have an ejection charge?

Yup. You could cram the forward ends of the nozzles with glitter or some such thing and have a really pretty display on takeoff.
