VERY nice Wayne..you can stay away as long as you want...as long as you bring shots like these back with you..

Really like that third pic, with the clouds in the background. Different from the usual (if there is such a thing) A2A shot.

              Keep 'em coming!

Victor Archer is an INSPIRATION to most who shoot airplanes!

I'd have to admit, if it were not for Victor's great "prop circle" shots, I'd probably output way less effort to get the "perfect" shot.... which by the Archer definition, has become... a great shot.. is not a great shot, unless you can get a full circle...

It's never easy, as always, you can not get an A2A shot without first being there! Special thanks have to go to Glam Glenn III owner Mark Huffstutler who invited me up to get some shots of his wonderfully beautiful airplane over the west Texas morning last weekend!

The air was not particularly smooth but I managed to pull off some pretty good shots, despite being "second shooter" in the right seat (left doors off) shooting over the numba' one shooter...

I saw a little of what he got, being able to shoot far behind the Baron photo plane... pretty amazing what a Mustang will do to a low overcast when flying just above it!!

Anyway... thanks for the kudos... thanks to Mark H. for the invite and to Tom.. (can't remember last name, Paul Bowen's assistant) for not griping that I'd been invited to sit beside him...

                What a great warbird weekend!

Nice shots. I like the context of the P-51 shots, but the colors of the sunset on the Waco? shot are great. Good job staying sharp on the images. It's always bumpy over West Texas!

                    What a great warbird weekend!

I heard there was some pretty signature Paul Bowen shots made "Mustang will do to a low overcast when flying just above it!!" and that they turned out pretty good.

Too bad Paul could not have made it.

                    Nice shots Wayne!

You made our Waco look great. Lucky we just got it back from the factory after some extensive work to upgrade a few systems in it.

Ya like the Baron? That's MY photoship, we just finished a complete redo after many hard years flying on her.

I'll second the Paul not being there comment! (Get well Paul!)

On the Baron... NICE airplane.. hopefully, we didn't shed too much of the insulation while flying....
